MANIFESTO
THE VOICE OF OUR TIME
WE BELIEVE in the role of art to intercept the VOICE OF OUR TIME and WE INTEND to work with anyone who has something urgent to communicate.
NEW MODELS OF SOCIALITY
WE BELIEVE in the urgency of communicating here and now, inside and outside, that the pre-established reality that is proposed to us cannot be the only viable path and WE INTEND to co-create new models of sociality starting from what we have most immediately available: the home, the power of imagination, the need to express ourselves and the desire to create deep connections.
ARTISTIC UNDERGROUND
WE BELIEVE that the city of Turin teems with cultural content and is animated by a ferment that deserves the right attention and care. WE INTEND to give voice to its ARTISTIC UNDERGROUND and make it increasingly lush. We are open to the outside world and ready to intercept similar ferments in other cities and promote CONTAMINATIONS.
SPACE FOR CONTEMPLATION
WE BELIEVE that in an increasingly frenetic world saturated with content, it is important to take the right time to appreciate things, go deep into questions, investigate, contemplate, stay. WE LIVE the intimacy of the house as a refuge from this bombardment of stimuli, as a space for CONTEMPLATION.
MASNADIERƏ
WE BELIEVE that every house is a gateway to infinite universes, as many as there are different souls of those who inhabit them, the MASNADIERə. WE INTEND to welcome these universes and expand them, empower them as a dimension of wonder and amazement.
INDEPENDENT CULTURAL CENTERS
WE THEREFORE BELIEVE that houses can become INDEPENDENT CULTURAL CENTERS, places that promote art and culture outside institutional logics.
ARTISTIC FREEDOM
WE BELIEVE that an artist should feel free to create and dedicate themselves full-time to their art without sacrificing art to survive. WE INTEND to trace a path in all possible directions, inventing new formulas and educating ourselves to the conscious support of artistic works.
NETWORK AND COMMUNITY
WE BELIEVE in the power of communities and the need to NETWORK among people in order not to disperse energies, not to close ourselves in a fragmented society but to imagine new collective realities. WE INTEND to create a COMMUNITY that gives voice to the network by facilitating exchange, collaboration and mutual support between artists, masnadierə and the public.
COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE
WE BELIEVE in the power of COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE as the ability of groups to achieve better results than those obtainable with individual solutions, especially in solving complex and systemic problems.
ÀPRILE IS
WE BELIEVE that Àprile is not just a Festival but an imminent center of gravity. Àprile means co-inhabiting space-time differently. It is urgency of expression, meeting, facts. An act of ordinary extraordinariness. Àprile is an entrance door without a lock and many keys. Àprile is a collective experience to be traced.
